Global Service Jam London

Join us at Service Jam London to use service design methods to tackle a real-world problem. Designers and non-designers are welcome to join—the more diverse the team, the better the ideas. Within 48 hours, we will meet like-minded peers, be creative with the problem, iterate on a prototype, and most importantly have fun! This event can only happen with the support of Lewisham Council.

What to expect

22 Feb 2025 (Saturday)

• Intro: Getting to know each other and forming a team
• Discovery of the problem and preparation for user research
• Conduct research and download findings

23 Feb 2025 (Sunday)

• Come up with ideas based on research findings
• Create simple low-fidelity prototypes and test them with people
• Iterate on prototype and prepare for submission
• Reflect on the 2 days and optional drinks after
