In an effort to reduce the negative impacts of stress on the mind and body, Global Wellness Day acts as a gentle reminder of the importance of practices that contribute to living a healthy and long life.

This year, City Cave Rouse Hill aims to create an experience where people can connect and ground themselves, by cultivating a feeling of presence within the body and the mind in a safe space.

The day will consist of the following sessions - choose one or choose all three and turn June 10th into a day for you.

9.30-10.30am - 1 hour Yoga Flow led by Flora from Yoga Bare Hawkesbury.

11am-12.30pm - Breathwork session led by Rachel from Blissful Breathwork.

1.15-2.15pm - Sound healing led by Priya from Heart Space Synergy.

Sessions may require a health, liability and release form. These will be sent to ticket holders after purchase and must be signed prior to participation.
