Event description

What do you get when you combine the iconic SAPPS choir with AdYO’s talented Junior Strings? Something glorious!

Join us at 2pm on Saturday 22 June at the beautiful Norwood Town Hall for a vibrant, exciting showcase of youth music in SA.

The Primary Schools Music Festival choral program has been an integral part of life for generations of public school students throughout South Australia. Over 10,000 singers across the state take part in the choral program each year, with young public primary students performing together as they become part of the enduring legacy of excellence in music.

AdYO’s Junior Strings provides a fantastic training ground for younger string players starting their musical journey. Led by conductor Martin Butler (Adelaide Symphony Orchestra), our youngest string ensemble packs a big punch, bringing a wonderful sound and an infectious energy to the stage.

Don't miss this glorious celebration of youth music in South Australia!
