Refund policy

Considered accepted at time of booking, our cancellation policy for 2025 NAK Hair Education events is as follows. All cancellations must be made via email to education@nakhair.com.au. Once a cancellation has been accepted, you will receive verification of this via return email. To avoid a cancellation fee, you can substitute staff, providing the substituted staff member fits the required workshop criteria. In this instance, please contact education@nakhair.com.au with your name and the education event you were booked for, as well as their full name and contact details. Please note that NAK Hair Business Development Managers and Educators are unable to accept cancellations. Full refund due if ticket is cancelled 14 days or more in advance // No refund due if ticket is cancelled less than 14 days in advance. Cancellations within this timeframe can be reviewed under exceptional circumstances. All refunds and cancellations (excluding events cancelled by NAK) may incur a Humanitix cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
