Sound therapy is an ancient healing technology that can support your body's natural healing abilities. This particular experience will include a guided meditation and live sound healing featuring an assortment of crystal singing bowls attuned to different healing vibrations to help support your total wellbeing. Our focus will be on how to align with our own flow states for the greatest ease and efficiency in living life.

There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event.

This experience will be guided by Leah Evenstar who is a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium who holds a nurturing and empowering environment for personal transformation, healing, and heightened consciousness.
