Take the time to choose YOU and join a group of like minded people where we will be joining as a community for a day and embark on the beautiful drive out to Currumbin Eco Village for a day of immersing into nature and self healing practices.

We will commence the day with connecting to the land and planting trees so embracing the soil and nature.

We will then have a guest speaker talking all things mindset and working through any conditioning or limiting beliefs you may have followed by a deep breathwork practice sound bath meditation and ice bath.

After the ice bath we will then all join together and share an organic lunch provided by the the beautiful people of Ground Grocer where all of the ingredients are locally sourced.

Its time to connect back to ourselves, to nature and eachother and find our Inner GLOW.
