Our seasonal circle is a transformative journey of self-discovery and connection. The themes of Summer will be explored through the lens of somatic movement, nature connection, meditation, sharing, and heart-centered connection with other women

In the spirit of sisterhood, we'll share our stories, wisdom, and dreams, creating a safe space for authentic connection and mutual support. Together, we'll forge bonds that strengthen our individual and collective glow.
