The Glow Up Gathering is a 2-hour soul circle designed for under 18s to help you slow down, feel supported and connect with yourself in a safe, uplifting space.

Through cacao, journaling, breathwork, meditation, and connection activities, we’ll let go of stress, overthinking, and worry and call in trust, confidence, and self-love.

This is a chance to connect with like-minded teens, share openly, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more YOU.
