Glühwein Making Class

Learn how to make German mulled wine just in time for the holidays. We will cover how to choose the right wine base, balance citrus and aromatics, and heat the mixture perfectly without evaporating the alcohol. Of course, we will sample what we make. Class will be held from 5:00 to 6:00, but come early and shop our wonderful gift shop for those still on your shopping list! 

Doors open at 4:00 for shopping, guests can make their way up to 4th floor for demonstration at 5:00, demo and samples will take aproximately one hour. Guests can leave at 6:00. We will demonstrate one red, one white, and one child’s version.

Age Restriction: 21+

Access to the museum will be modified for an ongoing construction project at Second and Gaines. Please use our alley to access the parking lot and call the museum if you have any questions or concerns.
