Welcome to Ma Petite Patisserie, fine plant-based cooking school now in Ballina.

Join this class to learn the secrets of this French delicacy. From the shells to the ganache, all preparations are plant-based as well as gluten-free*. Spend a morning of "me time" learning from a genuine French Pastry Chef in a relaxed atmosphere.

In this class you will learn how to make:

-soft and crunchy macaron shells using no eggs

-a range of flavoured ganaches (raspberry, mango, vanilla, chocolate)
