Welcome to Ma Petite Patisserie, fine plant-based cooking school in Manuka.

Join this class to learn the secrets of this French delicacy. From the shells to the ganache, all preparations are plant-based as well as gluten-free*. 

In this class you will learn how to make:

-soft and crunchy macaron shells

-a range of flavoured ganaches (raspberry, mango, vanilla, chocolate)

  • a minimum of 6 macarons to take home
