Introduction to the Mysteries of Gnosis

We are happy to announce the next Introductory Course is set to begin in October!

The Gnostic teachings synthesise the most essential aspects of all the ancient mystery schools, religions, and esoteric systems of the past and present into one. Authentic and true Gnosis is the root wisdom from which all authentic spiritual traditions emerge.

The word Gnosis (derived from Greek) means “knowledge through experience", it is of an intuitive nature; the intuitive apprehension of spiritual truths. Gnosis cannot be arrived at through books or lectures, but rather through one’s own direct inner mystical experience.

Gnostic teachings are based on the communion between science, art, philosophy and mysticism; they seek to rescue the highest values of the human being in order to be able to comprehend that life is empty without the pursuit of transcendence and the self-realisation of the Being. This would not be possible without the development of superior emotion, which humanises science, sublimates art, elevates philosophy and crystallises mysticism.

Each class consists of a lecture and meditation practice - aimed to practically help students reach their own inner divine Being and awaken consciousness. We cover topics including:

The cost is $10 per week that can be paid either cash, bank transfer or as a donation below. We are non for profit and all contributions go towards current and future courses.

Classes are hosted at the Gnostic Centre in Mermaid Waters and the address will be sent upon booking a ticket.
