Go Girl, Go For IT 2025

Go Girl, Go for IT is the largest free event held in Victoria, for all school going girls from years 5-12. Its aim is to inspire young girls to consider a career in STEM by showcasing some of the exciting and possible career opportunities that exist. The event was first held in 2001 in Monash University before being supported and run by Vic ICT for Women biennially from 2006. Go Girl is a fully sponsored event and run 100% by volunteers.

How to Register:

• Teachers are required to register all students attending from their own schools. Parents or guardians may register if a student attends a non-participating school
• Select the number of tickets you need, and complete your school details
• Registrations close Friday 27 June 2025

Important Information:

• Teachers are required to accompany the school group to the event. Please ensure you select a teacher ticket with your order (We recommend 1 teacher per max 20 students)
• Students will be assigned to session streams and receive their event program on the day
• Students must remain with their supervising teacher throughout the event
• Arrival instructions and full event details will be provided closer to the date
