GO INSIDE

I am so excited to come together with you all! I have accepted the everlasting journey of balancing mind, body, spirit, life and working out all the details in between . Most of us walk very similar journeys simply because we are always overcoming something and most times we don't prioritize the healing it takes to show up in the world as our best selves.

So my hope is that curating a loving, safe, healing space to breathe, be present, find freedom in movement, journal, and learn with a tribe will spread through communities like wildfire. I hope each workshop allows us all to walk away with a new tool and or gem of love to take back to our everyday lives .

I'm so grateful for this mini day retreat for the mind, body, soul and excited to hold space with you all! ! Being amongst like energies can only create more abundance, love and solitude, as we all find strength in our stories.

We will have our vegan chef joining us, so brunch will be available for purchase .
