Event description
Tailored for children aged 5 - 15yrs
GO-TRI SWIM / CYCLE / RUN
Held in the unique Manly Warringah Memorial Park, known as Manly Dam, the Go - Tri is the ideal start for kids in triathlon. Exciting and fun with an emphasis on participation and personal achievement, the Go-Tri is held in a safe closed area of the park.
Kids will swim in the designated swimming area of the dam which is one of the largest freshwater lakes in the Sydney metropolitan area, will cycle the roadway that loops out and back before running the footpath that follows the scenic picnic areas.
COURSE:
Short Course 100m swim / 2.5km cycle / 700m run
Long Course 200m swim / 4.5km cycle / 1.4km run
GO-AQUA SWIM / RUN
The swim / run combination of activities allows kids to practice two skills combined in one event.
Held in Manly Warringah Memorial Park (Manly Dam) the Go - Aqua will be held in conjunction with the Go - Tri event.
