Tailored for children aged 5 - 15yrs

GO-TRI SWIM / CYCLE / RUN

Held in the unique Manly Warringah Memorial Park, known as Manly Dam, the Go - Tri is the ideal start for kids in triathlon. Exciting and fun with an emphasis on participation and personal achievement, the Go-Tri is held in a safe closed area of the park.

Kids will swim in the designated swimming area of the dam which is one of the largest freshwater lakes in the Sydney metropolitan area, will cycle the roadway that loops out and back before running on the road between sections 3 & 4.

COURSE:
Short Course 100m swim / 2.5km cycle / 700m run
Long Course 200m swim / 4.5km cycle / 1.3km run

GO-AQUA SWIM / RUN

The swim / run combination of activities allows kids to practice two skills combined in one event.

Held in Manly Warringah Memorial Park (Manly Dam) the Go - Aqua will be held in conjunction with the Go - Tri event.

Kids will swim in the designated swimming area of the dam and then skip straight to the run, finishing under the arch in section 3..

Long Course - 200m swim / 1.3km run
