Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Retreat

In a world that rarely slows down, choosing to pause has become an act of self-care.

Our days are often filled with constant stimulation, endless to-do lists, notifications, and the pressure to keep moving. Over time, we can forget what it feels like to simply breathe, soften, and rest.

This half-day retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and return to yourself.

Through the deeply nourishing practice of Yin Yoga, you'll gently release tension held within the body while creating space for stillness, presence, and deep relaxation. As the body softens, the mind begins to quiet, allowing you to reconnect with your heart, your breath, and your own inner wisdom.

Following your practice, you will be welcomed to enjoy a beautifully prepared afternoon high tea, offering time to nourish your body, connect with like-minded souls, or simply savour a quiet moment before settling into a restorative Sound Bath.

Your afternoon will conclude with a restorative Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations wash over you, supporting the nervous system to unwind and inviting a profound sense of peace and renewal.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or simply craving time to recharge, this retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, restore balance, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply nourished.

No previous yoga experience is necessary - Yin Yoga is a gentle practice suitable for all bodies and abilities.

Please bring: A yoga mat (or borrow one of ours), a warm blanket, and wear comfortable layered clothing.

Jasmine Hornby- Yoga Teacher & Counsellor

Jasmine began her journey at Riverdell teaching morning Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and now works collaboratively to coordinate the beautiful events held within this sacred space. She continues to share Hatha and Yin Yoga classes around Adelaide, teaching not only for physical wellbeing but also for mental and emotional balance.

Her intention is for every participant to leave feeling recharged, calm and connected. Yoga has strengthened her both on and off the mat, reminding her to live more mindfully each day. She loves bringing like-minded individuals together through workshops, events and retreats that nourish the whole being, more grounded, and deeply connected to themselves.

Rebecca Calabro - Sound Bath Facilitator

Rebecca is a compassionate, heart-centred sound therapist who brings warmth and joy to all she offers. She has performed and studied with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and has completed extensive training with Acutonics and The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) in one-to-one sound therapy, tuning fork therapy, gong therapy, therapeutic sound baths and interactive group processes.

Alongside the Acutonics and BAST methods, Rebecca offers intuitive sound journeys and workshops that weave together her gifts in vibrational therapies, spirituality and wellbeing. She also performs as part of the experimental music duo Pallasites.

With over 15 years of clinical experience as a vibrational therapist and spiritual guide, you are held in safe and trusted hands.
