    • Know what your boundaries and resources are so you can lean into Plan B or adapt when there is no set plan. Contingency planning 101.
  • Opportunities for innovation and contingency -Tear your pathways to success apart and then introduce Contingency Planning 101. 
    • What do you need vs what do you have that will get you the most out of yourself, your team, your operations, your product and your routine to achieve your goal if you have no road map?
