Do you feel like 2021 is already flying by SO quickly? (#UsToo). We are holding this interactive workshop in order to both reflect on the first half of this year and to set some inspiring and motivating goals so that we can see out this year with a (satisfying) bang! 💥

Join us for an uplifting evening with a beautiful group of women where you can learn new ways of goal-setting, get personalised tips and tricks from a qualified life coach and spend a night out where you can entirely focus on YOU and what you’d like to achieve over the next six months.

Abby from The Contentment Company will delve into why ‘traditional’ goal-setting methods might not be motivating you as much as you’d like; how you can turn that around and goal-set from the heart for better results; and help you word and plan goals that are going to feel right for YOU!

Abby is a qualified life coach and a boutique event/workshop producer from Brisbane, Australia. Her specialty is contentment and self-care coaching and she delights in helping women to connect, find joy, and rediscover their zest for life. 

When she isn’t working with clients or running around with a clipboard at events, this chocolate-loving Piscean can be found at home playing with her fur-child and human-child or playing amateur detective whilst listening to true crime podcasts.
