🐐 Goat Yoga at The Pocket, El Arish

Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, connection, coffee, and baby goat cuddles at The Pocket in El Arish.

We'll begin the morning meeting the goats and enjoying some cuddles before settling into a gentle yoga and breathwork flow designed to help you stretch, breathe, and ease into the day feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

To ensure everyone can fully enjoy the practice, our cheeky goat friends will have some time to themselves during the yoga session, returning afterwards for more cuddles, photos, and connection.

After class, stay and soak up the relaxed atmosphere with a delicious coffee and breakfast while spending time with the adorable baby goats.
