Our city's beloved third place for musical exploration is coming to Miscellania!

Goblin Sound System couldn't be prouder to present a very special fundraising event for the home of experimental improvised music Make It Up Club, at the home of community programming.

INTRODUCING˚ ͟જ⁀➴♡ Make It Up 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 Club

Multi-floor, multi-disciplinary, multi-dimensional lineup full of DIY experimentation and joy!

We’re bringing together genre-obliterating artists from across the country for an extended showcase of the world class artistic talent that Make It Up Club has nurtured week after week for nearly three decades.

Expect never-before-heard collaborations, unexpected happenings and performances that will only happen once. The lineup (tba) and has been lovingly curated to honour the spirit of experimentation, improvisation and deep listening at the heart of Make It Up Club.

When goblins ࣭࣪ꭑִׂׂ͓ׅαִׂׅׅ࣪ƙָׂᧉ᩠֗ ݂࣭݂ꪱִ໋ׅ࣪֗ȶׂׅ υ࣪℘ִֺֹֹֹ࠭ you know there is going to be magic everywhere. ✧

Make It Up Club

Having run for 28 years, Make It Up Club is one of the cities' oldest homes for experimental and improvised music. They are run by volunteer artists, and all the money goes back to the performing artists each week. Unfortunately, the last two years they were unable to secure vital grant support.

We're therefore organising this fundraiser as a way to ensure the continued existence of Make It Up Club and we would love for you to be a part of it!
