Her work weaves together energy healing, breathwork, sound, cacao, ceremony, intuitive practices and holistic wellness.

Her approach is warm, intuitive and deeply human — creating space for you to come home to yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom and move forward with greater awareness and intention.

LEONIE TILLEY

Applied Health & Human Performance Specialist · Fascia Movement Specialist · Pranic Healer

With a Bachelor of Science and a lifelong fascination with the human body, Leonie combines her scientific background, personal experience and passion for movement through fascia-based movement, lymphatic health, nervous-system practices, Pranic Healing and cellular health.

Her work explores how we can move with greater freedom, adaptability and resilience — creating a body that supports you to live fully and do more of the things you love.
