Goddess Gathering: Women's Circle

the For January’s Gathering will be working with the season of Winter and the themes of Rest + Inward Reflection. Winter is associated with Kapha energy and The Moon + Venus, all of which guide us to slow down and nourish ourselves. As we continue to move through this season of darkness, Yin energy is supportive. This darkness may bring feelings of fear and sadness. Our work this time of year is centered around the Solar Plexus, tending to out inner Light to shine on our shadows, to find compassion, understanding and clarity around them, so we can share our light with the world around us until the Sun returns. During this Gathering you will develop tools and strategies to be supportive of these themes, as well as work with warming + uplifting herbs, those Plant Kin that support digestive fire, therefore your internal fire, and in turn your Solar Plexus, keeping your Light shining and your spirits high 💛

Goddess Gatherings will be hosted every other month in SE Portland, OR

These Gatherings are offered at a sliding scale amount in order to create a more inclusive space for anyone who is in need of this medicine.

Sharing your money energy on the higher end of the sliding scale when possible is greatly appreciated and helps to ensure that these gatherings can continue to happen moving forward!

In order to keep this gathering intimate and to foster intentional connection spots are limited.

What You’ll Need…

a small jar with a sealable lid (ex: 4-8 fl oz mason jar)

a yoga mat or blanket

clothing that you can move freely in (weather appropriate, we may spend some time outside depending on the season) I recommend wear the colors red and/or orange to connect with the Root + Sacral Chakra

a journal & a pen

something representing the four elements(i.e. earth: crystals, water: tea, air: incense, fire: a candle, will be returned at the end)

an offering for the altar(this will be returned to you at the end of the gathering)

your authentic, divine self (come as you are)

TICKETS: This event is offered at a sliding scale energy exchange. Sharing your money energy on the higher end of the sliding scale when possible is greatly appreciated and helps to ensure that these gatherings can continue to happen moving forward! It also allows for me to open scholarship spots for anyone who may not be in the a space to offer this form of energy exchange at this time.
