Ceramic Goddess Making Women's Circle

This event has passed Get Tickets

Event description

Red Thread Sisterhood was born in 2021 to build community for women and mothers looking for deeper connection with themselves and each other.

We’ve been on hiatus for a long while and we’re now returning with a new vision of bringing folks together in an intentional women’s circle space whilst creating with our hands.

Ceramic Goddess Making Women’s Circle

This workshop invites you to come as you are, with you no clay experience necessary.

It will be an intentional space, where you’ll be invited to share some embodiment practices (breath work and movement) and journalling to reflect on your relationship with the ancient feminine Goddess archetype and your relationship with her.

The invitation will be to explore the archetype of the Goddess through the clay. You could make sculptural pieces, vessels/bowls, or any other small ceramic creation that calls you! Your vessel or goddess will be filled with your intentions and bring some magic for your altar, garden or workplace. You’ll be strongly encouraged to let go of expectations of making something ‘perfect’ and supported to be with the process, embracing whatever you create.

I’m not a pottery expert or teacher, just a fellow explorer of making with my hands and I hold a curiosity about the healing power of interweaving creativity and community connection.

Bring a friend and come and make some magic with us!

♥ Anne
