Welcome to Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance - A space for women to gather & celebrate the Goddess within.

Practices include Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Tantric Breathwork, Kundalini Practices.
There's NO prerequisite for any of these practices and this is an intuitive dance so no dance skills necessary! Surrender to your unique flow and let your inner Goddess guide you. You're always held where you are in every moment. I also hold a relaxing healing circle at the end, allowing space for self reflection and integration.
I'm not strict about the flow of these sessions. It's a matter of what comes up at the time within the dynamic of energies in the circle on the night. There is flow but it's intuitive in the moment, if that makes sense?
Bring friends - if there's someone who you think might be interested in connecting with their inner Goddess through meditation and dance, invite them along! Let's explore our Divine Feminine Mysteries together!
There'll be chats with tea while pulling cards around the altar. Wear comfy, flowy clothes that are easy to move in and bring a shawl/blanket for reflection time at the end and don't forget your water bottle.
This is a community offering which has been running for over 4 years now. The intention is to bring heart-centred community together. We have a temple donation of $30 which covers hall hire, insurance, organising, prep time, tea etc. however if you are under financial stress, please let me know and we can work something out. I have a ticketing system so I know who's attending on the night so I can prepare accordingly.
LOCATION
The Rainforest Temple is a stunning retreat property located on 28 acres of private rainforest in the Northern Illawarra Escarpment. This is a private address which will be shared upon booking.
PARKING
Parking is available on the property but is limited. Ridesharing is recommended. More instructions on parking and access will be shared upon booking.

The Temple creates & hold space for Tantric practice. Tantra calls us home to ourselves. Cultivating a sacred relationship with ourselves is the path to a deeper relationship with each other and the world around us. Temple offerings are designed to return us to spiritual balance. Offerings, workshops and courses are based on a holistic approach to traditional non-dual Shaiva Tantra.
ABOUT ALLISON: (Temple founder & curator)
I'm a Tantra teacher and Tantric healing practitioner. I create experiences for connection, healing, transformation & expansion. I hold many community wellness events in the Wollongong & South Coast area including regular Ecstatic Dance circles, Kundalini Tantra workshops, Tantra retreats, Women's circles and I curate the Tantric Mystery School at Midnight Garden Temple. The school holds Tantra courses for all levels and is open to men/women/lgbtqi+/singles/couples... anyone with an open and willing heart.
I also collaborate on other retreats and conscious festivals, including Lovefest, Taste of Love & Ember among many others.
