Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance - Women's Circle

Welcome to Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance - A space for women to gather & celebrate the Goddess within.

- Through Conscious Dance, we commune with our inner Goddess - SHE empowers us in our feminine expression 

- Dancing with Goddess energy brings deep awareness to our feminine sensual nature

- We delight in our spirit, drop our of our minds and listen to our body's wisdom 

- We move through any stuck energies - releasing, softening & opening up to our divine knowing   

- Connecting with Goddess energy is POWERFUL - for healing, transformation & spiritual growth... and it feels AMAZING!

Practices include Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Tantric Breathwork, Kundalini Energy Work & Shakti Flow.

There's NO prerequisite for any of these practices and this is an intuitive dance so no dance moves necessary! Surrender to your unique flow and let your inner Goddess guide you. You're always held where you are in every moment. I also hold a relaxing healing circle at the end, allowing space for self reflection and integration. 

I'm not strict about the flow of these sessions. It's a matter of what comes up at the time within the dynamic of energies in the circle on the night. There is flow but it's intuitive in the moment. Hope that makes sense?

Bring friends - if there's someone who you think might be interested in connecting with their inner Goddess through meditation and dance, invite them along! Let's explore our Divine Feminine Mysteries together! 

There'll be chats with tea while pulling cards around the altar. Wear comfy, flowy clothes that are easy to move in and bring a shawl/blanket for reflection time at the end and don't forget your water bottle. 

Temple donations are welcome under your own volition. This is a community offering which has been running for almost 2 years now. The intention is to bring heart-centred community together.

We have a suggested donation of $20 which covers hall hire, insurance, organising, prep time, tea etc. however if you are under financial stress, there is another option available. I have a ticketing system so I know who's attending on the night so I can prepare accordingly.

ABOUT THE TEMPLE:

Midnight Garden Temple is a transformative sacred space for community to come together, connect, heal, grow & celebrate our sovereign divinity. The Temple Space was seeded from a desire to support the emergence of sacred sexuality and to create & hold space for inner union. 

Inner union calls us home to ourselves. Cultivating a loving relationship with ourselves is the path to a deeper relationship with each other and the world around us.

Temple workshops are designed to return us to spiritual balance. They are based on tantric teachings, mysteries of the Goddess, conscious relating, somatic healing, ecstatic breathwork & body-work, conscious dance and energy-balancing practices.

ABOUT ALLISON: (Temple founder & curator)

I'm a Tantrika specialising in pleasure medicine & kundalini cultivation for healing, transformation & expansion. I hold many community wellness events in the Wollongong & South Coast area including regular Ecstatic Dance circles, Kundalini Tantra workshops, Women's circles & Tantric Awakening workshops. I also collaborate on women's retreats, Tantra retreats and festivals including Lovefest Wollongong & Lovefest Shoalhaven which I coordinate and curate on a larger scale.
