Join us for a magical evening under the luminous full moon at our "Goddess Rising" Women's Circle. Under the glow of the full moon, we will gather for a transformative 3-hour evening of connection, healing, and empowerment. This event is crafted to honor the divine feminine within each of us and harness the powerful energy of the full moon.

What to Expect:

1. Connection: We will begin our evening by creating a sacred space for heartfelt connection. Through guided sharing circles, you will have the opportunity to express yourself, listen to others, and build meaningful bonds with like-minded women. This safe and supportive environment fosters trust and allows for deep, authentic connections.

2. Full Moon Ritual: Engage in a potent full moon ritual that involves setting intentions, releasing what no longer serves you, and harnessing the lunar energy for personal transformation. This ritual is a time-honored practice that connects us with the cycles of nature, empowering us to manifest our deepest desires.

3. Breathwork: I will lead you through a series of breathwork exercises designed to release stress, enhance mindfulness, and elevate your energy. These powerful breathing techniques help you connect with your inner self, facilitating emotional release and a sense of calm and clarity.

4. Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the crystal sound bowls, promoting relaxation and balancing your energy. Sound healing is a powerful tool for physical and emotional well-being, helping you to align with the natural rhythms of the universe.

5. Guided Meditation: Deeply transformative guided meditation designed to connect you with your inner self. This meditation will help you release tension, gain clarity, and find inner peace. Through visualization, we'll explore a serene inner landscape, fostering a sense of calm and self-awareness that you can carry into your daily life.

The Breath Work component of this event is open to everyone, but please note that certain medical conditions may make participation unsuitable. Contraindications include, but are not limited to:

- Severe Respiratory issues (asthma, COPD)
- Seizure disorders or epilepsy
- Pregnancy
