1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all events, workshops, sound baths, collaborations, and other offerings (“Events”) hosted by Irish Athena Flores Trading as Purple Goddess and Co (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, or any personal circumstances that may prevent attendance.
3. Credit Option (Prior Notice Only)
If you are unable to attend an Event, you must notify us before the event date by emailing purplegoddessandco@gmail.com.
You may be eligible for a credit to use toward a future Event of equivalent value, at our discretion.
Credits cannot be issued after the event has taken place.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be used within that timeframe.
If the chosen future event is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
4. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation by Us
If we postpone, reschedule, or cancel an Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues, weather, illness, or force majeure):
We may offer a new date or provide a credit for a future event.
Refunds will only be considered if the Event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.
5. Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and participating in any of our Events, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily participating in activities that may involve physical movement, relaxation, meditation, and use of tools such as sound instruments, crystals, or candles.
You assume full responsibility for any risk, loss, injury, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation.
You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Irish Athena Flores Trading as Purple Goddess and Co, its facilitators, collaborators, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your attendance, except as required by law.
6. Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand).
If a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or is not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under New Zealand consumer law.
7. Communication & Timing
To request a credit or notify us of your non-attendance, please email purplegoddessandco@gmail.com before the scheduled start time of the event. Requests received after the event has taken place will not be eligible for credit.
8. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
