ABOUT

The Goddess Programme is a short mind and body course for girls aged 8 to 13  to give them confidence, self assuredness and coping techniques as they grow into the complicated teenage years.

It’s a programme placing emphasis on positive minds with a mixture of inspirational storytelling, a little magic and physical coping mechanisms such as breathing and yoga. The girls learn about friendships, personal values and set goals through creative craft experiences.

We aim to celebrate what being a female means as well as encouraging independent self- discovery and creating connections that will last far beyond the timeframe of the programme.

Above all the Goddess Programme creates a world where your female spirits feel safe, connected and supported.

STRUCTURE:

Goddess Workshops are structured around the three pillars; MIND, BODY  and COMMUNITY.

Mind: Discusses each individual girls’ ‘guiding light’ (values). Girls will also be able to develop individualised positive affirmations and learn about their ‘inner voice’. All girls will learn the importance of setting goals and creating step-by-step action plans to achieve these goals.

Body: This component is present in each workshop through breathwork and yoga. The breathwork gives students practical strategies to cope with anxiety and help in everyday life.

Community: Teamwork and collaboration will be used to create a close-knit girl tribe with the goal that each girl feels supported and encouraged.

The wide range of activities ensure that all different types of learners are engaged and motivated.

FEEDBACK:

"My two girls had the best time while learning how to be the best they can be. Georgia has given them self confidence, resilience and helped in more ways than we can explain." C.B (parent)

"I felt the girls were taught very relevant skills that will benefit them their whole life and hopefully help them weather the up’s and down’s that life can bring." L.W (parent)
