Program Schedule

Day 1 - Friday (1st April); 5:30pm registration check-in; the program starts at 7pm and concludes at 9:00pm.

Day 2 - Saturday (2nd April); 8am registration check-in; the program starts at 9am and concludes at 9pm and includes lunch & dinner.

Day 3 - Sunday (3rd April); 8am registration check-in; the program starts at 9am and concludes at 6:30pm and includes lunch.

Venue Information

The conference will be held at the Bond University, in the Basil Sellers Theatre (Building 6), and the registration check-in will be in the lobby area.

Consent Form

Please note that any participant that is under 18 and will be attending the conference unaccompanied by parents/guardians, MUST bring this completed and signed Consent/Medical form with them when they check-in for the conference.

COVID-19

Please note that the venue requires all guests:

• Stay home if you are sick
• Stay 1.5 metres away from other people
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, and use hand sanitiser
• Follow venue directions and instructions during the event
• Review monitors in regard to health advice and follow guidelines published by Queensland Health
• Download the Qld Check-In App and check-in on arrival at the venue
• Provide proof of vaccination or an approved medical contraindication (exemption) is required by Queensland Health

To enable as many people as possible to benefit from the conference themes and program, the main daytime sessions and evening performances of the conference will be livestreamed.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person due to the Queensland Health Covid Safe requirement, and would like to watch the livestream of the conferences and participate in discussions with others, the Gold Coast Community is hosting this livestream of the event for anyone who cannot go to Bond University.
