About The Event: Regulate in Real Time

A workshop for practitioners who are doing the very noble thing of regulating everyone else's nervous system, while running on fumes. A hands-on experience of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) with Noni Croft of Sunday Therapy. You'll find yourself excited to tap daily to rebuild your capacity, stay present, and keep changing the world.

During the workshop, you will be introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, an effective, simple, and evidence-informed technique that helps regulate the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm.

This will be a hands-on workshop where Noni will guide you through the tapping process, explain when it can be helpful, and provide practical tools you can continue using beyond the workshop.

You will be seated throughout the workshop, bring a water bottle, a notebook if you’d like to take notes, and an open mind.

Parking: On-site parking is limited; if you get a park, please ensure you have ask for a parking pass to put on your dash to validate your free parking. Alternate paid street parking is close by, or free parking up to 3 hours in Australia Fair.
