Lunar Circles is a weekly offering for women seeking something real — a sacred space to move, feel, share and be seen.

Each Tuesday evening, we gather in Burleigh on Bundjalung Country to reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies and feminine energy, the strength of sisterhood, and the power of presence. Whether you're seeking soulful conversation, to reconnect to your body or simply just surround yourself in other feminine energy, you're so welcome here.

Guided by rituals, grounded by connection, released by movement.

– Somatic + breath-led movement
– Grounding, intuitive yoga flows
– Guided meditation + pranayama
– Oracle card pulls + intention setting
– Rituals, sound & aromatherapy
– Journaling, sharing circle + heart-led conversation
– Creative expression (art or craft therapy)
– Herbal tea + Cacao

Come as you are

What to Bring:
– Comfortable clothes for movement
– Water bottle
– Journal & pen

Optional:
– A yoga mat (one can be provided)
– A mug for tea or cacao (paper cups provided)
– Any personal items for the altar
