GOLD IS BOLD - Zumba Gold Party Class

 ZUMBA GOLD is for EVERYONE! 

Come together and join in for a fun and social afternoon of Zumba Gold with local Sunshine Coast instructors.

Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class at lower intensity and lower impact. The design of the class introduces easy to follow choreography which you will be guided through by your instructors. The class focuses on all elements of fitness including cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, mobility and balance and coordination. Studies show dance also improves mental and emotional well-being, including stress reduction and mood enhancement.

 ALL WELCOME!  No previous dance experience is necessary, it's all about moving at your own pace and having fun to some great music. A great way to try Zumba if you've never tried it before or for those current Zumba fans, a chance to dance together with your friends. Dance as much as you like.

Door open 3pm, class starts 3:30pm.
