This tour, organised by the Mohua 2042 Trust, will visit renewable energy sites in Golden Bay, showcasing farm-sized renewable installations spanning several hectares of solar panels, through to individual home-based systems.

Attendees will travel together by bus to the various sites with commentary from a local renewable energy expert as they move between the sites.

Organisers hope that folk will come away inspired by what is possible, and have a better understanding of the benefits and economics of investing in renewable energy at a commercial or individual level.
