🪷Presenting to you in a VERY small nut shell, as you may possibly wonder what is involved with a Chakra Alignment Meditation Journey and why you might feel called to attend.

🤍It can be rather incredible how our Human Vessel, our Divine Temple, holds onto stories/labels, emotions that have caused us pain or suffering within certain areas of our life up to this now moment, that can find their way to rest in certain areas of the precious body. These areas are referred to as Energy Centres or Chakras. Sometimes also known to as Portals. They hold incredible wisdom, knowledge, truth and love.

🪷Over a period of time, these stored emotions become so stuck, buried and forgotten that we can be completely unaware of their presence… until they start presenting as a physical symptom for us. Our Chakras are crying out for attention and love, trying to communicate with us, to be nourished and tendered to, so that they can shine again In their original blueprint. Which then gives you the divine opportunity to shine inwardly and mirror that reflection externally.

🤍Those emotions can sit deep, hover around the surface, a lot, and we can certainly know when they are trying to release!! … or maybe the awareness is not there yet…

Possibly it’s very natural for some to resist the releasing process by avoiding sitting in stillness and silence. Or possibly we push them back down with substances, avoidance by constantly chattering or diving into projects or activities that keep us “busy”.

🪷Resistance to what wants to come to the surface can sometimes shift its energy into un ease or dis ease within the body. Tapping us louder and louder until we listen. Our Energy Centres, our Nervous System, our entire being functions so much better when it feels at ease.

🤍Of course this is just lightly scrapping the surface.

🪷So all this unease that sits within each Energy Centre, our Chakra's, is related to our nearby internal aspects of our body. This is why addressing each Chakra can be so valuable.

🤍Releasing Stories, Labels, Fear, Guilt, Shame, Trauma, Jealousy, Addictions, Anger, Suppressed Emotions, Grief, Emotional Scarring, Low Self Worth, Illusion, and so much more, can be incredibly confrontational, painstakingly difficult and extremely exhausting. But it can also change your entire existence. And it can be done gently…
