Welcome to the Golden Shadow Evening Retreat.

This is your invitation to take the time, and gift yourself the space to slow down, to attune to your inner-landscape and reconnect to your whole self. Allow your heart to lead and your mind to take a back-seat!

Join me for an evening of;

🤎 Embodiment practices

🤎 Ceremonial Cacao

🤎 Somatic Breathwork

🤎 Somatic Movement

🤎 Guided Meditation

🤎 Sound Healing

Release untrue, unkind stories woven through-out your mind, and attune back into the love and truth held in your body.

Quiet the mind and allow the body to talk!

How many superpowers will you awaken and how many parts of self can you reclaim?

Shine golden light into all parts of self, with fierce love and fierce grace.

This is a safe, sacred, judgement-free space to reconnect with your body and your felt senses. An opportunity to activate, feel, heal and express your whole organic self; a homecoming.

Come Goddess; Awaken - Deepen - Embody.
