What to Expect

Gentle breathwork and intention setting
45–50 minutes of immersive gong bath

Each experience is unique — some feel deeply relaxed, others find clarity, release, or renewal. However the sounds meet you, they hold space for your own inner healing and alignment.

Comfort & Practical Notes

Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask if you wish for extra comfort.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Parking available nearby.
