✨ Wind Down Gong Bath — Small Group Deep Rest ✨

A calming weekend gong bath designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and sleep more deeply.

This is an intimate, small-group experience (maximum 6 guests), where sound is offered gently and attentively — not as a performance, but as a space for rest, release, and recalibration.

You’ll lie comfortably as the vibrations of the Black Mamba and Chau gongs move through the body, supporting deep relaxation, mental quiet, and a sense of grounded calm. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease afterwards.

Feel mentally busy, overstimulated, or emotionally drained
Struggle to properly switch off or sleep deeply
Are curious about gong baths but prefer a calm, small setting
Want rest without having to “do” anything or meditate perfectly

No previous experience with sound baths is needed.

👤 About the Facilitator

This session is guided by RGP Resonance, a sound practitioner offering nervous-system-led gong baths focused on safety, presence, and deep rest.

RGP works with sound as a tool for regulation, creating spaces that are accessible, grounding, and welcoming — particularly for those who may feel sensitive, tired, or new to sound practices.

Each session is prepared with intention and delivered in a way that prioritises comfort, choice, and emotional ease.

Before you come: avoid heavy meals for 2 hours before; consider minimising caffeine that day

Cancellation & Transfers: Bookings are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and prepared in advance. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else up to 48 hours before the session, by contacting me with the new attendee’s details. Transfers requested within 48 hours of the session cannot be guaranteed. In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch, I always aim to be fair where possible.
