Gong Bath w/ Nicolas Elumen

A Gong Bath™ is a powerful yet gentle sound healing/awakening experience. During the session one can use the power of the Paiste Planetary Earth Gong to heal and awaken wanted and unwanted energy from ones mind, body, and spirit. Through this sound healing one can experience deep relaxation, bliss, and clarity. In addition, feelings of stress, anger, and fear may be felt during the ritual. Using your intention, breath, and the vibration of the gong, one can enhance the wanted feelings and release/transmute what is unwanted.

Nicolas's Gong Bath's and concerts include elements from Nada Yoga, DJ mixing, drumming, Tibetan Buddhism, Tantric Hinduism, sacred geometry, and Reiki. This creates a meditative experience in which each participant is acoustically guided via harmonic overtones, into realms of physical & mental/emotional well-being as well as cellular healing. Carefully designed vibrational constructs are used to further entice the brain into Alpha/Theta/Delta wave-scapes of clarity, peace, and wholeness which promotes physIcal, mental, and spiritual awakening, wisdom, and healing.

Nicolas has been trained in the lineage of Richard Rudis who created the original "Gong Bath™" and has been granted permission from Richard Rudis to use the term Gong Bath™.

WHAT: Gong Bath

WHEN: Saturday December 16 @7:30-9pm

WHERE: DoubleTree by Hilton Portland at 1000 NE Multnomah St, Portland, OR 97232. PARKING is FREE in the garage (get a green card from us at the Fair when you leave).

HOW TO PREPARE/WHAT TO BRING:

-Arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your spot before we start

-Expect to sit or lay down for an hour

-Bring something soft to lay on like a yoga mat and optionally blankets, pillows or whatever else you need to be comfortable or seated for any hour

-Avoid wearing any heavy scents or perfumes

-Please do not come if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms

HOW MUCH: $25 ahead, $30 at the door and $15 for those with a Booth at the Fair

WHO: Nicolas Elumen (formally Cedar Bear) is a teacher, spiritual guide, lightworker, and sound healer. It is his great desire is to assist humanity with allowing the full potential of who we truly are through offering ancient and modern tools for healing and spiritual awakening.

Nicolas has personally gone through many different forms of alternative therapy, spiritual counseling, energy healing, shamanic healing, shadow work, exorcisms, and addiction recovery and done his own trauma recovery work in many areas. He has experienced much suffering, pain, and darkness and knows, "I can heal and love myself unconditionally, [and] I know you can too!"
