Welcome to an evening of Gong Magick with Marliese aka Rebel Gongsta, where the frequencies and vibrations of the Gongs travel deep to a cellular level, transforming the body, mind and spirit!

The evening happens not long after the advent of spring + equinox as well as the eagerly anticipated daylight savings, all of which brings in new life, growth and more dayLIGHT! Together with the Gongs, feel the shifts within as we welcome more light, harmony and balance into our lives!

The evening will also include some breathwork and gentle movement. Everything else will be provided, including delicious Yogi tea to be served afterwards!
