Gong Puja - 8-hour Sleepover Gong Bath

Sadly, given that the last puja had to be cancelled a few days prior to its due date, due to last minute lockdown, I have decided to cancel this Puja and organise a brand new one when the environment feels more stable, perhaps in February 2022.I feel it is the right decision, even if we end up not being locked down on October 2nd... as I feel we all find it more and more challenging to make plans ahead of time.Keep you eyes open to find out when the Puja will be held early 2022.

Join us for a powerful and nurturing Gong Sleepover!

Doors will open at 8:45pm for you to set up your sleeping corner, prepare for the night in whatever way you choose… gentle yoga, meditation, Pranayama, journaling, intention setting, chatting with your friends, reading a book…

Please, arrive before 9:15pm, as you will definitely need this time to prepare and 'arrive' before we start.

We’ll close the doors at 9:45pm.

At 9:45pm, we will start a guided Pranayama followed by a small meditation based on the 5 elements to get grounded before the gongs start at 10 pm and play continuously until the last strike at 6 am.

You will have plenty of time to gently wake up and rise for the day. You will be provided with tea & coffee, fruits and nibbles in the morning so you can start your day peacefully soaking in the vibrations that your body would have been absorbing throughout the whole night.

The Gongs are powerful instruments which allow your body to draw what it needs from them and get the energy moving through!

Their Vibrations work with the Subtle Energetic body and can help ground body and mind, find clarity, detoxify the body, improve sleep quality, the list goes on... however, each experience is unique and different. The effects are often subtle and can last for several days after the puja, sometimes weeks.

We are a team of 2 gong players trained by Leith James, who trained with the great Gong Master Don Conreaux.

Sid and I, Peggy, are really excited to be collaborating to create this deep and powerful experience.

BYO Overnight Sleeping mattress, Water bottle, Sleeping Bag, Blanket, Pillow, Eye pillow/Eye mask... and anything to keep you warm and comfortable for the night.

Location: Dance Culture, 474 Ipswich rd., Annerley.
The Studio is located upstairs.

There is a carpark available at the back of the building.
From the back carpark, you can get into the Studio by going to the top of the white stairs you can see from there. It will make sense when you get there.

In case it is full, there should be enough parking available in the street. Make sure you check parking restrictions.
