As the sounds flow through the space, they support the release of physical, emotional, and mental tension, while promoting relaxation, balance, and inner calm. Practicing in a group setting can deepen the experience, creating a beautiful sense of connection and shared energy.

This session is open to all—no prior experience is needed.

Simply come as you are, lie down, and allow yourself to be supported by the sounds.

What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the session. You’ll then be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help you settle in.

The sound journey follows, lasting approximately 60 minutes, and features 6 gongs with size between 50"- 24", crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drum, chimes, and other sound tools. These healing vibrations support deep relaxation and inner stillness.

You may experience physical relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of calm and renewal — each journey is unique.

We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment.

Comfort & Practical Notes

• Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks are provided

• You’re welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort

• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle

• Kindly arrive 10 minutes early to settle in

Parking:

No parking is available at the venue. As it is located on busy Jervois Road, please avoid parking there. We recommend parking on Prosford Street (just behind), where free parking is available.

Contraindications:

Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for those with sound-sensitive conditions, severe mental health conditions, or medical implants such as pacemakers. If unsure, please consult your healthcare provider or feel free to contact me.

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets may be on-sold/transferred to someone else (e.g. your friends or family members) if you are unable to attend.
