I am delighted to be back at Sun Salute Yoga studio in Hamilton this month for another Gong Sound Healing!
Come and be WOWed by the sounds of the 3 Gongs that I will be playing - Earth, Wind and Symphonic!
We will journey the cosmos together, riding on the waves of frequency and vibration! All you have to do is lie back, surrender and go with the flow! Allow the gongs to work their magick by going deep to a cellular level, releasing all that no longer serves, creating space that opens you up to the wonders of the Universe inside YOU!
Feel the difference before and after!
The gong will be preceded by breathwork, gentle movement, guided relaxation and intention setting, then followed up with some delicious tea!
