I'm excited to be back at Sun Salute Yoga in Hamilton to share with everybody the beautiful, healing sounds of the GONG and more!

Tis the season of Spring - a time of NEW + GROWTH + CREATION! The days are getting warmer as well as longer, and we see new growth and life appearing all around us! It's also a time that we naturally start spending more time outside, with others, in the LIGHT!

That said, I invite YOU to join me, and let nature and the nurture of the GONG carry you through this beautiful and exciting time of change! Allow the frequencies and vibrations of the GONG bring you into a deeper state of relaxation and surrender to all that is! Feel into and embrace the journey with wonder, curiousity and a tinge of excitement!

What a time...to be... ALIVE!
