Gong Yoga Nidra with Sherridan from Good Vibes Healing, is the unique combination of the Gong and the guided process of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep); together these offer a powerful form of healing.

GONG YOGA NIDRA 1.5HR SESSION

In a Gong Yoga Nidra session, through guided practices, you’re invited to bring awareness and relaxation to all five Yogic Kosas, supported by the otherworldly sounds of the Gong. Once we work our way through all five Yogic Kosas you’re then welcome to release and surrender to the sounds of the Gong through a deep Gong immersion experience. You are then offered time and space for processing and integration and are encouraged to bring a journal along to support you in this.

For your comfort, please bring along any physical supports you may need to feel really nurtured, such as a soft blanket, a pillow, cosy socks etc.

The perfect way to end the week! I attended Sherridan's Gong Yoga Nidra on a Friday evening at Makai Yoga Collective and I couldn't think of a better way to begin my weekend. Sherridan welcomed us into this beautiful space and I immediately felt safe and relaxed. I was completely new to Yoga Nidra and sound healing, so I was happy to hear about how the evening would run and what to expect along the way.

We were invited to lie down in a circle and get comfortable as Sherridan began the meditation. A reset I didn’t know that I needed! I attended Sherridan's Gong Nidra at Prana House on Friday evening and sure am glad that I did. It was such a pleasure to see Sherridan again and receive a tailored and thoughtful session with her Gong. It was a beautiful space and setup as well as being greeted with some delicious tea.

An incredibly relaxing and introspective experience, I felt I was once again tuning in with myself and my body. Sherridan absolutely nailed the guidance of this beautiful practice, using her instruments and voice to coax me into the receptive state of being that I needed to be in, to transform energy from what wasn’t serving me into what would.
