HRB
Helen Russell Brown is a culinary artist and food experience designer who delights in using food for connection and sensory joy. She loves to create dining spaces that give permission to play and allow us to lean into childhood pleasures and adult desires. Alongside goo, Helen’s work explores building deeper connections to the self, others, and the natural world.

SLR
Sophie le Roux is a London-based photo artist combining a dedicated wanderlust with a fascination for the sumptuous chromatic and textural aspects of natural and constructed worlds.
When not playing with goo, Sophie documents events and performances for artists, curators, galleries and cultural organisations.
