Free Introduction Night

Reaching out for support is difficult for men and often the idea of stepping into a ‘personal journey’ can be daunting.

This two-hour introduction session gives men and women, the opportunity to meet the facilitators of Good Better Best Men and experience a ‘taste’ of how we work and what we do.

Participants learn a little about ‘men’s work, what a men’s group/circle is and what we offer in the 9-week Journey.

Begin the Journey

Begin the Journey comprises 9 weekly sessions lasting 2.5 hours, for a group of 8 to 10 men. The program introduces men to meeting as a group/circle, in what we call ‘sitting in circle’.

With facilitation, we build a safe, confidential space where men develop a deep connection with each other, and explore their selves, without judgement and criticism.

Each of the 9 sessions has a theme that is discussed, has experiential learning and personal sharing in a traditional men’s group/circle environment.

The program builds men’s emotional intelligence and equips men with the tools and experiences to continue as an ongoing self-supporting circle where each man can be witnessed in his growth journey and witness other men in their journey.

Men are encouraged to share their experiences with the group/circle and facilitator. Support after the session is offered and provided as needed. Facilitators are available by phone between the sessions and will check-in with men if they think support is needed.
