Good Conflict in Community Part 2
Event description
What is generative conflict, and what tools can we use to practice it? How do we embody co-creation and collaboration to build healthy movements in which we hold spaces for us to communicate about conflict, misunderstandings, and contradictions?
In this second part of good conflict in community, we will dive a little deeper into different ways of dealing with conflict (generative and non-generative), and explore collaboration and consensus. We will also deepen our practice of language and tools that can be used in conversation with ourselves and others.Â
This workshop will build on the first one, although we still encourage people to attend who missed the first one- we will be sending out a summary to ensure we are all on the same page.
In order to allow sufficient space for practice and discussion, this workshop will be limited to 25ish people.
