You are invited to the Good Growers Network Face-to-Face Business Planning Workshops on Wednesday, 26 August and Thursday, 27 August at the Rocklea International Motel.

About the Business Planning Workshops

As part of the Good Growers Network, members will kick off the program with a two-day Business Planning Workshop designed specifically for nursery businesses.

Day One will be led by Jodie from BDO, focusing on the financial side of business planning. Participants will gain a better understanding of key financial drivers, budgeting, cash flow management, profitability and business performance measures. You'll learn how to use financial information to support better decision-making and strengthen your business for long-term growth.

Day Two will be facilitated by Tamara Simon, who will guide participants through the foundations of strategic business planning. You'll identify your business priorities, clarify your vision for the future, assess opportunities and challenges, and begin developing a practical roadmap for success.

Throughout the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow nursery operators, share experiences, discuss common challenges and learn from others facing similar opportunities within the industry.
