Health is something we often take for granted, until we get unwell. We all know the saying ‘prevention is better than cure’ but what are the most important things that you can do to take a preventative approach to your own health?
Dr Brendon Stubbs, an award-winning scientist specialising in lifestyle & behavioural factors that promote optimal well-being & health will join us from UK to share his secrets to living a healthier life for longer. He will be joined by Dr Ramin Rafiei, a global healthcare leader, who will share how his unconventional approach to population health is making preventive health accessible to all.Â
We will also hear from Professor Sharon Naismith on the importance of sleep on your wellbeing and health and how you can optimise your sleep for better health. We’ll also be joined by Belinda Elworthy, CEO of Gotcha4Life who will take us through a Mental Fitness Workout, and share how we can all take a more proactive approach to looking after our mental health.
